Following Strict Pandemic Delivery Control And Processes. Orders will not be sent unless

the correct shipping amount has been paid. When orders are dispatched by courier, we

have no control over the courier delivery process. Due To Health & Safety Regulations, 

we do not offer a pickup service from our warehouse.   

We prefer Signature Required Deliveries to protect both you and us, however if a

Non-Signature item is left and goes missing after it is delivered, then this is the buyers

responsibility. You may grant the courier "authority to leave" (ATL) your goods at the delivery

address even if unattended. However, please note that neither Intimately Yours Limited

nor the courier delivery company will be liable for loss or theft of the goods and the goods

will be left at your risk.

Delivery Instructions have a: (30) Character Limit.

Orders are dispatched in environmentally friendly courier bags / cartons. 

Discretion Assured! Internal packaging is also used to protect the contents, and making it

impossible to guess what is inside the package. When your order is dispatched and on it's

way, we will send you tracking/shipping information via email and SMS TXT. This requires

a first scan by the courier driver. Please check your spam folder if email not received.

CourierPost offer compensation cover for loss or damage while in courier possession

/ transit of up to $2,000 (incl GST), for each package sent pertaining to Carriage of Goods Act

1979. Upon Courier Arrival. If your parcel has suspected or Actual Damage please refuse

delivery. Once we receive the damaged parcel back, we will send a new one. Please notify

us if you refused delivery, so we can anticipate the return. If you accept delivery of the above,

the courier company may not offer compensation and any warranties are void. If you do not

receive your order within: (5) working days after you have received tracking information,

please let us know. If a product goes out of stock due to high demand, we will offer

alternative product selection or a full refund.
